Medium-bodied in character, our Shiraz offers outstanding mouth feel in a very enjoyable wine. The finish delivers soft, balanced tannins and a hint of dark cherry fruit. I’m a sucker for a good Shiraz and let me say that Black Swan Shiraz was particularly tasty with its super dark flavors. It was kinda like when you bite into one of those chocolate cherries, but way better. The wine tasted like elegant, smoky goodness. I immediately put my Shade on and savored this nectar with a piece of chocolate cake... it was totally Yum!
