Winemaker Notes:
Vivacious citrus flavors, lime, and splashes of pear tickle the palate with an elegantly balanced acidity that provides a crisp and refreshing finish. When paired with prawns, white fish, pork, Thai food, or Chinese cuisine, it is utterly delightful.
Sam's Notes:
When I enjoy Riesling, I prefer to be outside, perhaps on a patio or backyard steeze. So, I threw a picnic in the park! I packed a bag with all the provisions: Riesling, a variety of cheese, white grapes, a granny smith apple, and a sandwich. The Riesling was crisp. I kid you not when I say it danced in my mouth... It sort of did the cha cha and then danced it's way down my gullet. The flavors were light and clean. I think it's a good daytime wine. It went perfectly with the apples and Manchego. I really like Riesling because it's origins are German, just like my boyfriend! Das Gut!
