Winemaker Notes:
Sophistication in the form of a rich but soft wine with black and plum fruit matched with soft ripe tannins and a chocolately finish. Delightful aromas of mint and smoke twirl in unison in the nose. This wine can be enjoyed with a rich serving of Osso Bucco or roast pork.

I hate sweet girly drinks. That is why, when it’s time to choose a wine, I always go for a good Cabernet Sauvignon. I love Black Swan’s bold and assertive taste. I grew up in South America so I know a lot about wines…okay so I don't, but my family totally does. I'm sure my dad would say something like, "it has the potential to overwhelm delicate dishes". Which would totally make me feel guilty since I'm enjoying it at home with a huge bag of cheesy poofs. Gawd Dad, you're so judgmental!
